

A peg-leg donkey

Cut out legless donkey from card.

Wrap wool five times around a piece of card about 6cm wide.

Take off card and knot at one fold.

Cut through wool to create tail, and glue on.

The cloak is a piece of paper folded in half with the verse printed on one side. (The cloak was an adaptation to fit in with the Palm Sunday theme.)

Legs are pegs (available very cheaply from supermarkets) – peg legs work for all sorts of animals!
