Elegant cat mask

You will need:

• Paper plate
• White, pink and black card
• Gluestick or PVA glue and spreader
• Washable marker pen or thick felt tip pen
• Thin elastic (approx. 30cm)
• Scissors
• Stapler
• Black crayon or black paint and paintbrush (optional)

How to make a cat mask:

• Cut out a quarter segment and two slanted oval eye holes from the paper plate. Colour or paint the plate black (optional).
• Cut out two black ears, two pink inner ears, a white muzzle and a pink nose from the card.
• Glue the features on to the paper plate.
• Add detail with the marker or felt tip pen.
• Cut a suitable length of elastic to go around the back of the head. Tie a knot in each end to stop it slipping through and staple to each side of the plate to complete the mask.
