

Snail biscuit

This slimy creature is certain to be popular with the boys and chocoholics alike.
You will need:

A rectangular chocolate biscuit
e.g. ‘Penguin’ biscuit

A chocolate tea-cake
-
A chocolate finger biscuit
-
White writing icing
-
Icing to glue the snail together. Top tip – supermarkets sell tubs of ready-made chocolate icing which is ideal for this.
How to make a snail biscuit:

Cut the ends off the chocolate finger to make suitably sized tentacles. Top tip – the middle section is not required but is still edible. Yum yum!

Stick the tea-cake ‘body’ and tentacles on to the chocolate biscuit with icing.

Use the white writing icing to add the eyes to the top of the tentacle and the spiral on to the shell.
